Shipping, Billing & Tax Policies
We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Processing time of your order can vary depending on product availability.
Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping is ground shipping. For in-stock orders you should receive your order within 7-14 days from the day you place your order. Special orders and orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas may take longer to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges (see Shipping & Handling Rates below).
Expedited Shipping
Expedited Shipping includes Next Business Day, 2 Business Day and Saturday Delivery. Expedited orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas may require additional business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional charges (see Shipping & Handing Rates below).
International Shipping
At present, we do not ship to international and US Territory destinations (any destination outside the United States).
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
As the majority of our orders are shipped via United Parcel Service, orders require a complete physical shipping address and cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.
Backorders & Separate Shipments
If items are backordered or shipped separately, the total shipping and handling charges will be billed when the first package is shipped.

• 2 Business Day: $12.95
• Saturday Delivery: $30.95 (if available)
• Alaska & Hawaii – Add $4.95 to the above Shipping & Handling Rates
• Gift Cards shipped via Standard Shipping are shipped free of charge.
Delivery times are applied to orders placed by 12:00 Eastern Time (ET). For orders placed after 12:00 E T, delivery will be calculated from the following business day.

Shipping & Order Exceptions
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are subject to additional Shipping & Handling charges and may take additional business days to arrive. Orders to rural areas may take additional business days to arrive.
Gift Cards shipped via Standard Shipping are shipped free of charge.
We cannot accept orders for more than 5 units of any single beauty or fragrance item per customer.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.
Billing
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped.
Taxes
Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to destinations in Florida.
No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card or Gift Certificate.
