Returns Policy
At Festival.com we take pride in the quality of the merchandise we sell and we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Within 30 days of the date of shipment, you may return most items that are in new and unused condition with original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, warranties and seals for a full refund of the purchase price of the item, less any promotional discounts and shipping & handling charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the return is a result of our error or if the item is defective, you will receive a full refund including the cost of shipping and handling. Special offers and discounts may be subject to reduction or cancellation as a result of a return.
Items purchased at the Festival Flea Market Mall® may not be returned to Festival.com.
The refund will be in the same form of payment you used to purchase the item. It may take up to 4 weeks from our receipt of your return to process your refund. This is only an estimate and actual refund time frames may vary.
If you used a gift card or gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item that you return, that portion of your refund will be credited to your Festival.com account for use on a future purchase from Festival.com.
If you return an item that was shipped to you as a gift, you will receive a credit to your Festival.com account or you will receive a Festival.com gift certificate for the value of your return for use on a future purchase from Festival.com. If the item you are returning was not designated as a gift when purchased, please note that the refund will be issued to the purchaser.
Merchandise exchanges cannot be guaranteed and will be honored at the discretion of Festival.com.
Non-returnable items
The following items are non-returnable • Swimming suits • Undergarments • CD’s, DVD’s, VHS and cassette tapes, video games or software that has been opened or where the plastic wrap has been removed. • Perfume, cosmetics or other beauty and personal products that have been opened or where the plastic wrap has been removed. • Customized or engraved items • Perishables • Gift Cards
How to return an item
Contact our customer service department at 1-800-353-2627 or 954-979-4555 within 30 days from the date your order ships to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We will e-mail the RMA, return label and return instructions to you. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted or processed for a refund. Please have your original order number available when you contact our office to facilitate the return process.
Return your package to us using the carrier of your choice. It is advised that you return your item(s) to us using an insured and traceable shipping method that requires a return receipt signature. We are not responsible for return items that are lost or damaged in the return shipping process.
All returns must be shipped to us using the RMA and return label we e-mail to you.
