The Festival is open Monday – Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm and Saturday & Sunday 9:30am – 6:00pm.
Festival is open 364 days a year. Yes, we’re open Christmas and New Year’s Day. Festival is closed on Thanksgiving.

Is there valet parking?
Yes. Festival Flea Market Mall® provides complimentary valet parking at the east end of the mall at the Farmer’s Market entrance.
Is there additional parking?
Yes. There is overflow parking to the rear of the Festival in the south parking lot. Convenient bridge access from the south parking lot to the building is available.

What are Festi-Value® Dollars?
They are exclusive Festival Flea Market Mall® coupons that offer you $1.00 off every $5.00 you spend up to a maximum of $50 per sale. You may use these coupons anywhere at the Festival Flea Market Mall® with the exception of the Food Court restaurants and Sweet Greens. Festi-Value® Dollars are not redeemable for cash or change and are non-transferable. Festi-Value® Dollars must be presented at the time of purchase and are not refundable or acceptable in connection with exchanges or refunds. Festi-Value® Dollars are redeemable at the Festival Flea Market Mall® exclusively. Certain other restrictions may apply.
How do I get Festi-Value® Dollar coupons?
Festival frequently e-mails vouchers to customers. <Click here> to sign up for e-mail updates. Vouchers must be brought to an information booth at the Festival Flea Market Mall® to receive Festi-Value® Dollars. Photo ID is required. Other restrictions may apply. Look for vouchers for Festi-Value® Dollars in many Festival Flea Market Mall® advertisements in the South Florida Sun-Sentinel and other publications. Vouchers may also be found at many participating hotels (note you must be a registered guest of the hotel and have a hotel key to qualify).
Do Festi-Value® Dollar coupons expire?
Yes, Festi-Value® Dollars have an expiration date clearly printed on the front. Coupon and voucher expiration dates may vary.
Where can I use Festi-Value Dollars®?
With the exception of a few products (tobacco, lottery tickets, food court restaurants and produce) Festi-Value® Dollars are accepted everywhere at the Festival Flea Market Mall®.
